I love FOOD :)

I am trying to eat a bit healthier these days cause I went on a massive junk food binge and actually put on a bit more weight than I am happy with. You know when you get a cushy job, your comfortable in your relationship, and you spend too much time going out with friends for dinner & drinks… well I’ve maxed out!

For about 10 years, I sat at a solid 180+ pounds. I’m 5′ 4″. It wasn’t healthy for me. Everyone has their own happy weight and 180 was not mine! I tried so many different things to lose weight. Food programs, supplements, the gym, and eating in moderation. However none of that worked and I just remained uncomfortable.

Until… I watched a documentary about a raw food diet. I decided to give that a shot and I was successful! I lost 65 pounds.

Its been nearly 3 years since then and I had been able to maintain my new happy & healthy weight.

So over the past few months I have enjoyed “bad” food just a little too much. Last night was the last night of deep fried, carbs, artificial sugars, and basic yumminess until I am at my desired weight again.

I decided to go out with a bang 😉
